Children's Programming
Bible Verses for Loving Jesus
WACKY WEDNESDAYS is on Summer Break. Check back in the fall for meeting time and other information. Open to all children age 5 years - 5th grade.
EMUMC is excited to announce the return of in-person children's Sunday School on Sunday mornings beginning Jan. 2. 2022! All children age 5-grade 5 and their families are invited to join us at 10:00am for worship. Following the children's time, children will be dismissed for class.
Vacation Bible School
"Discovery Island" was a huge hit! Children discovered God's guiding light through Bible story dramas, science experiments, fun crafts, challenging games, and yummy snacks. We can't wait for our next VBS in summer 2023.
Prayer Buddies
Every child and youth in our church is paired with an adult Prayer Buddy. Prayer Buddies pray for their student daily as well as for special needs they are made aware of. They also let their students know they are thinking of them at special times like birthdays and holidays. This fall our Prayer Buddies met at their students' schools and prayed for the students, teachers and administrators, the building, and the school year in general. It was a great way to start a Saturday!
