Children's Ministry
Junior Church
Following the Children's Sermon at the 9:00am worship service, children ages K-5th grade are invited to leave the Sanctuary and enjoy a special service of their own. Each lesson is hands-on and reinforces the morning learning. For children who prefer to stay in worship or who attend the 11:00am service, special children's packets are available.
Sunday School
Our Children's Sunday School program offers classes for Preschool aged students through 5th grade. Sunday school is scheduled between our two worship services (10:00am - 10:45 a.m). Children have fun while learning about God. Aged appropriate based curriculum has been developed for all children. Lively lessons, fun games, and cool crafts are featured each week.
Nursery Program
For our younger children a staffed nursery is available during all worship services and Sunday school meeting times. Parents are encourage to check-in children with our nursery attendant and feel free to join any of the other Sunday morning programs. We will be happy to watch after your little ones while you experience the many other ministry opportunities at Elizabeth Memorial.
Vacation Bible School
One of the most exciting summer outreach ministries for Elizabeth Memorial is our annual Vacation Bible School. During this week long summer event, our church comes together to create a magical experience for elementary school aged children. It's a fun time for all involved. Be sure to mark your calendars for this annual event.
Acolytes
Being a junior acolyte is a wonderful way for your child to particpate in our Traditional Wesleyan worship service. For more information about becoming an Acolyte, contact coordinator Steve Issac at sisaac625_suddenlink.net .
